They are very professional. Very happy to find a shop that offers graduation robe rental service. Rates offered is very reasonable and don't be alarmed by the deposit. Deposit was refunded after we returned the robes. A very trustworthy company. Always follow up on pick up and return of robes. Very clear directions to pick up and drop off place and instructions on how to wear the robe. A very commendable company. Pleasant dealing. Thank you so much. Easy to deal with. The quality of robe was good and ready to wear without having to iron. Just have a misscommunication on hanger which says is ready to hang and I thought it will be provided but actually not. But overall, I am satisfied with the service and would love to repeat in future.

The gown was clean, well-maintained, and I had no issues with allergies, which was great. The color and design were exactly as described and very beautiful. The only minor issue was that the sleeves were a bit long for my arm length, but it wasn’t a major problem. Overall, I was very satisfied with the rental!

First time had them for our photographer during our school concert. Quite a last minute request but they gave us a quick confirmation with a good quotation. Overall, the pictures are well taken. A few pics maybe need some adjustments in terms of the angle, however, for our small-scale event, we're quite happy with the outcome. Thanks to Pei Ee, the PIC for us, and Dennis, the photographer on that day, on their flexibility with our request.

I wanted to throw my best friend a surprise graduation party and I wanted to rent a graduation gown for the party, I searched and called everywhere but no one said i can collect same day.Till I found Bebe studio, they made it ready same day and collecting it was so easy, i also returned it by grab and they had no problems with that and returned my deposit in 2 working days. The gown was so good and my friend had an amazing pictures with it. Thanks a lot!
