Easy to deal with. The quality of robe was good and ready to wear without having to iron. Just have a misscommunication on hanger which says is ready to hang and I thought it will be provided but actually not. But overall, I am satisfied with the service and would love to repeat in future.

The gown was clean, well-maintained, and I had no issues with allergies, which was great. The color and design were exactly as described and very beautiful. The only minor issue was that the sleeves were a bit long for my arm length, but it wasn’t a major problem. Overall, I was very satisfied with the rental!

First time had them for our photographer during our school concert. Quite a last minute request but they gave us a quick confirmation with a good quotation. Overall, the pictures are well taken. A few pics maybe need some adjustments in terms of the angle, however, for our small-scale event, we're quite happy with the outcome.
