Beyond gown rentals, we can also provide many convocation services including event decorations to create an inviting ambiance, photo printing services to capture memories, professional event photoshoots to commemorate the event, videography services to relive the moment, and even library backdrops for graduation portraits.
Terms & Conditions
2. Payment terms:
For rental above RM5000: 50% rental fee as deposit payment to confirm the booking.
Balance payment 50% rental + refundable deposit at least 3 days before pick up.
For rental below RM5000: Full payment rental fee+ refundable deposit payment to confirm the booking.
3. REFUNDABLE deposit for your rental via ONLINE BANK TRANSFER only. Cash transactions are strictly NOT acceptable due to safety reason.
Please allow refund of deposit within 5 working days upon return of gown to your bank account provided. NO CASH refund.
4. At the end of the rental period, customer shall return the gown without any damage, stain, alteration and delay else customer is responsible on the repair, replacement as in list below OR late fee accordingly.
Replacement fee :
Mortal board: RM150 per pc
Bachelor Gown : RM300 per pc
Hood: RM150 pc
5. If there is any delay in returning the gown, there is a late fee charge of RM30 per day per gown.
6. Any rescheduling within 5 days of booking will be charged RM50 admin fee
7. Any request of cancellation within 5 days of booking will be charged RM250 admin fee

What time can I collect or return the gown?
You may collect by yourself or send Lalamove/Grab to collect and return the gown between 10am to 5pm
If returned after 5pm is considered next day return.
We can arrange logistic to deliver and pick up return from your venue. Please get a quote by contacting us.
Do you provide graduation photoshoot?
Yes, we provide services as follows:
*graduation photoshoot
*convocation shoot
*library backdrop setup and portrait shoot at the convo
* Printing of graduation photo with frame or without frame
