Terms & Conditions

.1. Rental fee is for full set including graduation gown, color hood, and mortar board . Pick up and return location is SS2 PJ Bebe Photography studio. If delivery is required, it is starting from minimum RM80/one way based on the actual location. Clients are recommended to arrange your own service for the pick up and return. Pick up and drop off between 8am to 7pm Monday to Sunday. At least 1 day advance notice is required.

2. Payment terms:

For rental above RM5000: 50% rental fee as deposit payment to confirm the booking.

Balance payment 50% rental + refundable deposit at least 3 days before pick up.

For rental below RM5000: Full payment rental fee+ refundable deposit payment to confirm the booking.

3. REFUNDABLE deposit for your rental via ONLINE BANK TRANSFER only. Cash transactions are strictly NOT acceptable due to safety reason.

Please allow refund of deposit within 5 working days upon return of gown to your bank account provided. NO CASH refund.

4. At the end of the rental period, customer shall return the gown without any damage, stain, alteration and delay else customer is responsible on the repair, replacement as in list below OR late fee accordingly.

Replacement fee :

Mortal board: RM150 per pc
Gown : RM300 per pc
Hood: RM150 pc

5. If there is any delay in returning the gown, there is a late fee charge of RM5 per day per gown.

6. Any rescheduling within 5 days of booking will be charged RM50 admin fee

7. Any request of cancellation within 5 days of booking will be charged RM250 admin fee

Planning with them went very very smoothly, photoshoot was pleasant, and then the whole process of selecting the photos and getting them after were all very efficient. They are very professional. Very happy to find a shop that offers graduation robe rental service. Rates offered is very reasonable and don't be alarmed by the deposit. Deposit was refunded after we returned the robes. A very trustworthy company. Always follow up on pick up and return of robes. Easy to deal with. The quality of robe was good and ready to wear without having to iron. Just have a misscommunication on hanger which says is ready to hang and I thought it will be provided but actually not. But overall, I am satisfied with the service and would love to repeat in future.

The gown was clean, well-maintained, and I had no issues with allergies, which was great. The color and design were exactly as described and very beautiful. The only minor issue was that the sleeves were a bit long for my arm length, but it wasn’t a major problem. Overall, I was very satisfied with the rental!

I wanted to throw my best friend a surprise graduation party and I wanted to rent a graduation gown for the party, I searched and called everywhere but no one said i can collect same day.Till I found Bebe studio, they made it ready same day and collecting it was so easy, i also returned it by grab and they had no problems with that and returned my deposit in 2 working days.
